Customers have the option to modify/cancel their orders within 24 hours of successfully placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, any requests to cancel or alter the order will not be accepted, as the order will have been locked for processing and dispatched to the carrier.
To modify/cancel an order, please follow these steps:
- Gather the necessary information, including the order email, order number (found in the order confirmation email from Angelidecor), and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.
- Submit the request, along with the provided information, to [email protected] and use the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].
Refunds for cancelled or modified orders:
We will promptly process and respond to your request, aiming for a maximum turnaround time of 2 business days from the receipt of your email.
Please note that the refund process typically takes 5-10 business days. However, it is important to be aware that certain banks may require additional time to complete the refund processing.
